Uncle Joe was taken to the hospital last night with possible (likely) cardiac problems. Information that I saw on another site indicates that he will likely remain in the hospital at least for tonight.

Please keep Uncle Joe in your prayers for a swift return to

Atrial Fibrillation

My heartbeat was 211/167
Taking a med to slowdown the heart and blood thinners for a blood clot
Will be on these meds for a month then will whats up with the clot
The Cardiologist is very well known in his industry which gives me a peace of mind

Trimming bushes today cut my arm and as luck would have it--wouldn't stop bleeding

Just returned home from ER

I am dyslexic and did get confused with all these dieting instructions so returned to the hospital yesterday full of questions

I love crisp veggies and salads.....well I can have 1/2 cup per meal

Now have a list of foods I can eat and foods I have to stay away from.......Of Course the stay away foods I love
Almost in grief, was told from now on I will drink 1% milk and no more than a quart a week vs the normal three gallons UGH

I'm trying to control my diet so I can lose 20 lbs.

I drink 1% milk now and I still drink from 2 1/2 gallons to 3 gallons a week.
