Pastel was a dear lady who was a "refugee" from "Brand X". The sad part of moving to a new site is that topics and rememberances are easily lost. This is something that I did not want to see happen, because Pastel truly loved The Coffee Shop, even though she was not with us very long before her homecoming.

Coffee Shop Honor Roll...
"The Coffee Shop Honor Roll is a thread that I did not expect to start this evening, but I have started this in loving memory of Pastel. Most of you from the Comcast forum have had the honor of "knowing" this dear lady for several months or longer. Although she was only here a few weeks, she exuded the qualities of a caring and loving lady who brought much joy to others.
In Pastel's memory, I have set up a new "membergroup" on the board called "The Coffee Shop Honor Roll". I truly felt the need to establish some sort of lasting tribute here for her, and also have it established for any other member in the future who is no longer with us. There will be seven gold stars in Pastel's profile, the same as a board co-administrator ("Coffeenole.com"), and when you view the staff list, "The Coffee Shop Honor Roll" will appear at the top of the page.

It was apparant, that even in lightheartedness, that her faith and trust was in the Lord. Even as I write this and we mourn our loss, we can take comfort that she is safe in the arms of Jesus Christ.
